I bought this gun and was a little worried about it because of its price. Once I shot it, all doubt was removed. It took about 7 shots before the sight was right on and I started punching tight holes in the target. It's lightweight and looks beautiful. The bolt is SO smooth. If you're thinking about buying this gun, don't think about it, DO IT! You won't find a better rifle for the price!

This gun is exactly what i was looking for and for a great price. I really do not know why it is this low though... It takes down deer easily and is accurate right off.

A 270 is a good gun for elk. Read what Jack O'Connor writes about them. He is a well renouned author for Outdoor Life Magazine. The MOST important thing is SHOT PLACEMENT!!!!!Answers

yes i got mine went to the range and hit bowling pins at 200 yards easy!!!A:Â
Yes. It is ready to shoot. I recommend you oil the bolt before you shoot it, and you will need to sight in the scope, but it can be fired right out of the box.A:Â
This is a retail only item, which at the store purchase you would be able to check or put together the gun with accessories. ThanksAnswers

It depends on what you want to shoot. If you're hunting deer, the most commonly used bullet is the soft-core 130 grain. The 150 grain is used more for elk because of the weight of the bullet. I do NOT recommend using a hollow point, simply because the soft-core bullets provide a good "mushroom" before it hits the targetA:Â
most of these rifles like Remington Core-Lok 130 grn. if you are looking to buy factory ammo. this ammo is available almost anywhere and does a really good job on big game. dont be suprised by them being cheaper than other ammo because they will give you good results. the rest is up to your ability.Answers

A:Â
this would be able to kill a deer or antelope however i would recommed model 700, or .308 cal. but your 7mm is good enoughA:Â
i have the 30-06 it does not kick much and is not that loud but a .243 is a good caliber for younger shooters and will get the job done
