These are so cool! I bought a set of these off a recommendation from a friend. Never have been happy with the smaller thinner grips on most bait casters. I have a Tourney LTD combo from BP that is gold and black. The gold and black ones matched up perfect. Astheticly it really gives the set up a neat look. These are a tad tuff to install being they are tight. But that is what I was looking for. I want to make sure they wont fall off during use. I seriously dont see this happening. Instantly I noticed a difference. I felt I had a lot more control over my reel. With the slime from the fish on my hands, I still felt I had great control. I liked the price as well. 6 dollars and you cant go wrong. I am headed back to BP this weekend for 3 more sets. I had a really cool idea for them come Christmas. Giving gifts is expensive and with the cost of these, they will make great stocking stuffers and small gifts to give my fishing buddies and family members. August 4, 2012
reel grips these are good because it gives your fingertips grip when its wet and cold and i also got the glow in the dark ones and the work and look great. July 30, 2012
Awesome little doodad Easy to put on, less slippage when fighting fish with fish slime on hands , looks good Overall no reason not to have them July 17, 2012
Not worth the shipping This product did not fit as well (tight) as I had hoped and did not give a secure feeling. Also, after paying the shipping charge, they were definitely not worth the money. Buy them in the store only! June 19, 2012

Yes, they are ver universal, I have used them on several models of Shimano. Some reel handles are bigger than others but the reel covers are elastic enough to fit on all of my reels, so far.

They are primarily made to fit the handles of casting reels - take your reel down to BPS and have one of the experts are the fishing counter fit one on to your reel - just takes a second. Or look at a BPS catalog for a Johnny Morris or a Pflueger Casting Reel - they fit that style of handle
