Rated 4 out of 5 Great for Walleye
This lure would be a great addition to any walleye fishermans tackle box. Easily a 5 star rating if they would only come out of the box tuned and running straight.

I would of give it a 5 star rating except you have to tune every plug right out of the package. It runs 25' plus on 15# test at 3 miles per hour. Paint job stays good even after 40 or 50 stripers chomping down on it. Best colors are Bubblegum,Pink lemonade and blue/chrome.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ScottyK best eye bait
greatest bait for trolling for walleyes. You may need to tune these by bending the eye alittle to make it swim straight. I fish the gray ghost in the St. Lawrance river upstate N.Y.

This lure will run well on mono, flouro or braid. It will run between 20 and 30 feet deep depending on how much line you have out.A:Â
I use P Line cx premium and fluro clear in 15# test. It runs between 25' and 27' trolling with around 200 yds out at 3 mph.A:Â
10lb fireline, lure goes down 25-30 feet with about 100 feet of line outA:Â
Use mono for best results IMOCan get to depths of 30+ feet by adding snap weights in front of the or jet divers

I used 12lb flurocarbon. Depending on the model and speed of trolling/retrieve, some will go over 20 feet deep(!). Check the manufacturer's web site for their depth chart. I use these for Walleye and Stripers. Getting a bait down 20 feet is a good thing for Stripers.A:Â
8 Lb test Mono, and the reef runner will run to 20feet or more depending on how much line you let out.A:Â
We use this lure a lot when we troll for Walleyes. One of our favorite spots is a sand bottom that undulates 25, 26 , 27 feet and this lure punches that bottom consistently. I use 20 lb fireline and have 100+ feet out on a 1.5 - 2 mph backtroll. I do not use a line counter reel so the line distance is not exact. You may need to tune these lures out-of-the-box but you cannot go wrong once they are set. We use a clear body with the prism insert. I think the basspro colors are 3, 57 or 74. The walleye in the attached pic is 29 1/2 inches long and 10+ lbImages for this Answer
