Rated 2 out of 5 by northernguy Ok starter I purchased this dehydrator this Christmas I wanted it for beef jerky and making fruit roll ups i was un able to get the one I wanted so I settled for this one. My thoughts on this one are neutral. I am unable to find accessories, sheets or racks for it . The cooking times seem to be a little longer then most other dehydrators. If basspro starts selling the extras or telling where to buy them, at that point I would recommend this dehydrator if not then I would suggest getting a different because you'll out grow it fast January 3, 2013

But when dehydrating veggies it dried the food in the middle next to the center, but the food around the outside edges would still be raw. Returned for a different brand. January 2, 2013
