Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Binoculars This is a great product for the price. These binos are really clear and bright. They pick up alot of light at daybreak and at night when star gazing. It would be nice if they were a little lighter but they are still lighter than comparable brands. I recently used them on an Antelope hunt and was easily able to spot Antelope at 500-600 yds. Overall I think they performed wonderfully. September 1, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Some of the Best Binocs! I bought these for hunting and a trip to Alaska. I have never had a better pair of glasses in my life! These have amazing bight colors. They have met all of my expectations. I cannot wait to use them when I deer hunt this fall. For 150 they cannot be beaten! July 23, 2010

A:
These are very good. it will depend on what your are spotting. If you are spotting target groups on paper they are great but you will need contrasting paper they dont work well with black paper targets. If you are spotting animals i would say you should be fine up to two hundred yards to get all the detail you need. For the money i would not hesitate to get these and compare them to brands that are 360 and under.

I think you are asking how close you can use these. If that is wrong I am sorry. You can see as close up as 11 feet the distance away just depends on what you want. I deer hunt in SC and they will work fine for our area. I hope this helps. As for the field of view its 341' at 1000 yards close in 2'-3'+- at 25'. REDFIELD 10x42
