My shoes were back ordered and took over a month to arrive. That set the tone when I saw the shoes that looked pretty narrow for a "wide" size. After opening, I stuffed my foot into one shoe with great difficulty. "These are wides?" I said aloud to my wife.
Well, determined to give the XTR's a shot, I put them on the next day and went to work. I noticed that after an hour or so of break-in, the shoes disappeared from my thoughts, later to realize that my feet we very comfortable during my busy work day. Now I'm thinking of getting another pair! Pleasantly surprised indeed.

For the price you cannot beat it. A little on the heavy side but fits perfect. Back of shoe does not collapse when putting on shoe and looks good.

I own a pair now and I really like the way they fit. They're just so comfortable and convenient to slip on. As a results, I've probabley worn them at times I shouldn't have and I've got some mud on them. What is the best method for cleaning them and is there a cleaner for use with Suede?Answers

I'll be quite honest- I own the ladies style, have had 2 pr- and I literally have just thrown them in the machine and washed them and let them air dry (the suede ones)- and they have come out fine! I wear them A LOT in the fall/winter so they will get muddy and dirty but they have great tread on them for snow! Maybe not what you're supposed to do but it's not hurt them in any way and it cleans them :)

Knock off what you can and then use a damp towel to get them clean. They will still look and feel great.
