some idea, i am 5'10" weigh 196 and i ordered a large in the pullover and pants, when purchasing the Expedition weight 3.0. i am glad that i did not order one size up because i have pleanty of room in the large. that was my concern as well that they would be to tight, but not so. hope this was of some help.chuckpa

well they do have some stretch to them, i take a large tea shirt and they told me that i would be better off ordering the same size in the 3.0 in top and bottoms. they were right and they fit very nice. the best under garmet i have ever wore while hunting in the cold.A:
If using for a layer product I would, After washing and drying it will shink up alittle bit. If you remove from washer and hang dry they stay to size as ordered, If not go with normal fit size you wear! second pair for hunting and it all i use since being manufacture now with scent control.
