what size should i get

Im 6'4'' 200 lbs. 36 waist. im getting the top also. wouls that be a large tall for the tops and bottoms?

Yes make sure you get the tall size for both. I've been wearing the XPS Redhead 1.0 baselayer top and bottom and they fit perfect. I'm 6'5, 235 lbs, 38 waist. My top is XLT, but my chest is about 46 inches, so choose according to your size. You want it snug, but not too tight or loose.

Better get the xlt. I am 6'5, 230 with 38 waist and the xlt were very tight, poor rise and not really long enough.

Order the Tall size and L, which has a waist size of 36”-38”, or XL 40"-42". Chest size L is 42"-44".

Men's Tall Sizes: Height of 6' and above. The sleeve length runs 1" longer; chest size remains the same as regular sizing.
