its a great pack especially for the money, because a camelback at least $100. The mouthpiece comes closed but if you bite it the hole opens up. My only complaint is that it only has one small pocket.

I used this on a 3 hour hike up Echo Mountain in Pasadena a couple of weekends ago. Be careful how you freeze it so that you don't have to wait for the tube to thaw before drinking. Other than that it worked nicely. There was some condensation on the bag, but I did not notice any leaking.

For the money, you can not beat this hydration pack. I looked at similar sized Camelbaks and this was far less expensive. It's also comfortable and durable. The one problem is that the chest strap is situated way too high. It's not a deal breaker and I got a tailor to take off the strap and reattach it lower on the pack.
