Rated 5 out of 5Â by OKIEDOKIE Great Product
Went to Bass Pro to look for a parka. After speaking to a representative in the camouflage department and looking at a parka that was not on sale, he directed me to Tundra Fleece. I was able to purchase the bibs and jacket for less than the parka. I returned home skeptical of his claim of there quietness and warmth and the next day put them to the test. All I can say is WOW!!! With just a single base layer I was comfortable for my entire evening hunt in mid 20 degree temperatures with a 15 to 25 MPH winds. I was back in the stand the next morning with the temp. at 15 degrees and not getting above 25 stayed warm and comfortable until around noon when I had to vent the jacket because I was to warm. I would like to thank Keith (@the OKC store) for his incite and knowledge of the product.
I would recommend both the jacket and bibs to anyone who hunts cold weather. I used them in a blind and on the stand, looking forward to many more experiences warm and toasty.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Robbie1218 Great for Bowhunting
Bought Jacket and Bibs for bowhunting when temps cooled too much for my lighter fleece. Had issues with zippers getting stuck so returned to BPS and they sent me new set. (Love the customer service). The set is quiet and keeps me warm in temps down into the 40's. I do wish they had cargo pockets on bibs like the C.W.S bibs. I prefer not to carry backpack because I hunt in a climber, so the more pockets the better.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Toppin Very satisfied
I bought the Tundra Jacket as a garment to wear once bow season progressed to a point too cold for my other layerings. I love the fit of this jacket. It doesn't bind with my lower layers. It's not too bulky to wear and still be able to shoot archery equipment. My only complaint is that it's NOT quite as warm as I thought it would be.. LOVE the jacket,, wish it was a bit warmer as an outer layer.,.

I purchased the tundra series bibs and jacket thinking that "Tundra" would be very warm. Needless to say, after hunting in this several times, it is indeed NOT windproof (despite the article). I regularly wear 3 additional layers underneath (cotton & poly) and I could feel wind right through the material. It also didn't work very well under about 44 degrees Fahrenheit with the additional 3 layers. I did fit very well and maneuvered well in the woods. I would have rated it just 1 Star, but the fact that it's somewhat comfortable down to about 44 degrees gives it 2.

According to RedHead, yes!According to me, probably! :)
I haven't tested it very thoroughly, but it definitely kept me dry through some light rain last trip. I wouldn't have thought twice about sitting out a quick gully-washer, but I think I'd go for cover if I knew the rain was coming in heavy all day long.
All that to say, "waterproof" is always a relative term.

I checked it out in the store and there is no information on this stuff! Just a price tag ! I really like the way it looks and feels, has plenty of pockets on the bibs too. Seems kinda thin to be very warm The name "TUNDRA" makes me think it might be very warm, but who knows? I've spent alot of money on hunting stuff only to be disappointed laterAnswers

I have worn the combination with a base layer only in temps. down to 15 degrees and winds of 25 MPH. Stayed warm and in fact had to vent the jacket to allow some heat to escape.A:Â
Yeah, TUNDRA might not be the best name. You're right about the thinness meaning it won't keep you warm in bitter weather. With a proper couple of layers underneath, you're probably good down for 45°F if you're sitting in a blind for several hours. If you have a down jacket you can wear under it, you're good down to 10°F probably. I find it to have great wind/water protection though. That's my 2¢ anyway :).

I bought this jacket for the same reason. Am a bit disappointed in it in the warmth catagory,,, Still works when layering, but once the temps drop into the 30's, those layers will definitely be needed !!A:Â
I used mine one day in Iowa when it was 3 degrees and the next day it was 24 but the wind was blowing 15-20 mph and I stayed warm all day both days.A:Â
i dont know where your hunting...but when temps drop below 30-40 degrees you'll definetly want to layer up underneath thisA:Â
Layer up lightly under this jacket and it will keep you plenty warm.Answers

I have worn it outside with just a tshirt for about 30 minutes at 18-20 degrees and been quite warm. Very small breeze and couldn't feel it coming through.A:Â
You will be fine. I used mine in 3 degree weather in Iowa and also in 24 degree weather there with the wind whipping at 15-20 mphA:Â
I am sitting at this moment in 24degree weather going on 3rd hour. Completely comfortable with only a fleece hoodie and UA hundo plus base layer under this jacket. The silence and stretch is amazing. Very happy so far. Going back tonight for the bibs!A:Â
I wore three layers underneath this jacket...one really thin layer..a scentlok base layer and carhartt middle wieght layer and finally this jacket and bibs...totally comfortable...1 of 1
