Its the first camo max 4 print I have ever found with full zipper and hood. I started with 2 so I could wash one and wear one. Then I had to buy 2 extras in case I could not find them again.

I have the pullover hooded sweatshirt (same material). It is not completely wind proof, but it does slightly block the wind. In 30+ MPH wind, I felt the wind and would recommend a windbreaker for these conditions. But for lighter breezes, this should be fine provided that you have the proper layering for the temperature.Details:
