RedHead Trekker Low Trail Shoes for Men
Good shoe! Fits true to size,. Not as comfortable as I would like but I can deal with it.

Decent fit, terrible lifespan
I thought for casual park walking these would be a good buy, but after two months of use for maybe 8 hours a week of mostly grass and trail walking, I found that the edges around the front toes were peeling and that the the cloth around the sides were torn. I returned them locally with no problems and traded them in for some Merrell Moab waterproofs. 2 1/2 times the cost, but hopefully I'll have better luck! I was hoping to get by for cheap, but it looks like in this case you get what you pay for!

Good Budget Hiker
I've put about 65 miles on these shoes through the Ozarks and have a couple complaints.
-Shoe in general is very flimsy and when hiking on slopes I've noticed I will slightly walk on the side of the shoe since the sole is not defined and needs to be wider. Sole too narrow for shoe.
-There's really no way to tighten the shoe around your ankle (it's a low pro though) so make sure you get a snug fit since again, shoe is rather flimsy
-Sole is very thin and doesn't have any backbone. If you're walking on lots of rocks, large or small, you'll feel every one and might have sore arches at the end of the day.
Other than those, it has great traction and performs well on the trail and for the price, hard to beat. I wouldn't recommend for long day hikes (10+ miles) in rough terrain, but for lighter hikes they are outstanding.

Purchased these shoes as a gift and he loves them!! They have become his favorite to wear. He has wide feet so finding a comfy shoe for him can be difficult, but these are a win! He walks a lot and sometimes cannot avoid a puddle or two, so the waterproof feature is a nice added bonus. He's happy which makes me happy. : )
