No doubt these are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased from the moment I tried them on. But unfortunately it's short-lived pleasure. After a couple of months, the shoe soles became very worn down and the shoes lost waterproofing ability.
Would love to be able to wear them longer than a couple months. I suppose you get what you pay for!

I've worn these for about 3 months now and they are already ready to be retired. They are super comfortable but are cheaply made. The soles are already worn flat and the lace eyelets are being pulled thread-thin. They are also no longer waterproof. Stay away from these.

I've put about 65 miles on these shoes through the Ozarks and have a couple complaints.
-Shoe in general is very flimsy and when hiking on slopes I've noticed I will slightly walk on the side of the shoe since the sole is not defined and needs to be wider. Sole too narrow for shoe.
-There's really no way to tighten the shoe around your ankle (it's a low pro though) so make sure you get a snug fit since again, shoe is rather flimsy
-Sole is very thin and doesn't have any backbone. If you're walking on lots of rocks, large or small, you'll feel every one and might have sore arches at the end of the day.
Other than those, it has great traction and performs well on the trail and for the price, hard to beat. I wouldn't recommend for long day hikes (10+ miles) in rough terrain, but for lighter hikes they are outstanding.

I went fishing and had to cross a river a couple of times and when I got back to the truck both my white socks were pink in color due to bleeding of the shoe. If these are water proof why did the color run. These were the last pair of size 13 in the shop in Balzac and i really like them, very comfortable walking shoes but will they continue to run if I get them wet? They also take a long time to dry.Answers
