I have used this vest for the current turkey season and am overall quite pleased with it. I really like that it is hydration compatible, and I intend to take full advantage of this during elk season. Part of the reason for purchasing this vest was to replace a lumbar pack that I had frequently been using for elk/turkey hunting, and this vest fits that function very well. It has sufficient space for all of my calls and strikers, it has a very comfortable seat cushion (although the front of the vest must be unbuckled to put the seat down), and it holds my decoys in place quite well. I also like that the seat can be removed for when I will be using it for elk hunting and do not need to sit on the ground.
The two downsides to this vest are as follows: 1. It’s way too large. I don’t know what linebacker was used to fit it, but I am 6’3” tall and weigh 220lbs., and I have the waist strap and chest strap synched all the way in, and it is still loose. 2. The hydration bladder pocket is too low in the vest, and the tube from my hydration bladder just barely reaches over the front of the vest to where I can use it.
Other than the sizing and hydration bladder positioning issues, you can’t beat this vest. It has been very helpful to me this season, and I have greatly appreciated the fact that I no longer have to carry a seat and my decoys loose in my hands. Because these items are carried within the vest, I don’t have to set things down in order to call anymore, and this has proven very handy. If this vest were sized correctly, it would be an outstanding value for the price, and all things considered, it is still a great value and should serve you well.

I received the vest in advance of the opening day of spring turkey season here in Florida. The vest is great, carries all of my gear with ease, blends in well with the flora and fauna where I hunt. The seat cushion could maybe be a little thicker, but what seat cushion couldn't be after a few hours of sitting in the woods. The game bag holds my decoy perfectly. The hydration holder does not fit my camelback with the insulator cover on, and I am not a fan of the exposed plastic buckles on the shoulder straps, as they can make a little noise if your not mindful of your gun stock. Over all, perfect for what I need and I think it will be in my arsenal for years to come.

Flimsy material might make it light weight but also makes it more difficult to reach into pockets. Stouter material might make it heavier but also would make it easier pull stuff out. The sizing is comically off. Im 6'2 / 220 and got a large. I had to pull all the slack out of the shoulder straps and then cinch the leftover with duct tape (so the sliders are touching) just to get it positioned correctly. Lastly the hydration pocket is IMHO in the wrong place down in the decoy pocket which places it too low on your back. It should be higher where the back padding is between your shoulder blades. My hydration bladder (2l Camelback) doesn't have a long enough hose to reach, from where it is now, over my shoulder to the clasp on the should strap. The so called hydration compatible feature is why I chose this vest so the lack of thought put into the design is disappointing.

Doesn't fit my short stout torso very well. Plenty of pockets and good camo.

Not sure because the vest has a hook inside the bladder pouch to connect the bladder to, so it doesnt "fall" into the pouch. The bladders at bass pro are designed with a "loop" in the collar around the cop to hook into the vest.Top 1000 Contributor

Yes it will. I wear XL and it was borderline big for me when all straps are tight. It should fit no problem.A:
I'm 6'4", 270lbs and it fits me just fine. I think I'm somewhere between a 2XL and 3XL. Easy to adjust to your size.A:
It does have a large adjustment area and straps. I'm not that size but it was VERY roomy until I made the adjustments and now it fits great.Top 1000 Contributor
