RedHead StormTex Rain Pants For Men
I used the pants and jacket on a Idaho deer hunt in October. Rain, hail, wind and snow, temps in the 20s to 40s and was dry , dry, dry! The pants are as quiet as anything out there(after you wash them about 5 or 6 times). The only issue I experienced was the breathability claim but still worked well for the price.

Loud when walking
As title says, loud when walking. For hunting gear...this is not acceptable as I had the jacket and the pants. Maybe if it was half the price I could live with it for emergency use. Returning the pants and jacket to get something little quieter.
Otherwise it looks like nice and light packable rain gear.

Great pants, weird size
I have both the pants and the jacket. I like how light they are, how quiet they are and they hold up very well to the rain. I also loved the great price.
But, both the pants and the jacket are very weird sizes. I am not a big and tall guy but these pants are WAY too long. I am 5'9" 185 so I ordered the medium pants. I normally wear a 30" inseam but these pants are about a 33" inseam in the medium size. If I hike them all the way up, they could almost be overalls as they are about 45" overall length. Also, I have to pull the draw cord to its max to be tight on my 34" waist. I don't own ANYTHING in a small size but I may have to get these pants in small.
I got the jacket in large size. It fits my broad shoulders and arm length well, but the jacket length is VERY short. In normal wear the bottom of the jacket sits right about my belly button with the back of the jacket even higher. When I sit, darn near my entire back gets exposed.
Overall, I love the material of these pants/jacket but the sizes are all wrong.

decent....but room for improvement
I purchased the rain suit in real tree ap for an out of state hunt. The price is quite reasonable and I did stay dry and warm (for the most part); but there are 2 problems with this suit. 1) The pants slide down alot if you have to do any walking. The elastic is not very strong 2) The jacket is a little short so you have a gap if you have to bend or crouch down so your lower back and upper tail end get wet.
If you have to do alot of sitting these would work pretty well. The durability seems ok, but then again I didnt beat the brush much. Not a bad purchase, they just need to either offer these in bibs or fix the pants and make the jacket longer. There is nothing more frustrating than wearing rain gear that you have to fight with all the time to keep dry and end up getting wet on the back side anyway.......especially when your way out in back country.
