RedHead Stock Cartridge Carriers
For 5 bucks, why not?
Fit my 870 20 gauge youth just fine. And remember you have to slip it on over the barrel. It doesn't go on on the stock side.
I use a Beartooth slip-on recoil paid, and this overlaps it perfectly. Because of this, I sewed up the hole/slot in this shell carrier, and plan to cut a hole in the recoil pad kit to accommodate a sling swivel mount, eventually.

Needs some work
This is great for the shotgun hunter and those doing some light practice shooting, but I was dissappointed with the preformance slightly. The shells were held, but they could be knocked free with the right bump. Also I would like to see a shell carrier that was fitted for tapered stocks, as well as, one that would hold more than 5 shells for a shotgun

can you stitch?
I purchased 2 of these because I have had the same product by a different manufacturer in the past that fit like a glove; for the same price. I tried them on 3 different shotguns and they didn't fit, they are way too big. I made the necessary cut and re-stitched the seam. They work great now but I shouldn't have had to modify the product.

The convenience of having the shells with you is great. Ordered 3 and they all fit nice.
