Rated 5 out of 5 Try Before Buy
This camo set is awesome. Stand still in the Ozark Hardwoods and fade into the backgroung. BUT, try on before purchase. I bought an XL expecting everything to fit. The waist was a bit generous and the pant leg short. The "but" while not a deal breaker is disappointing. I will go to the store and try on an XLT, if everything good I will purchase same, if not . . .
The shirt was perfect fit as a Large except the collar would choke me if I could button it. My neck size is 16.5.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by HuntinFever Quality choice for odd-sized guys like us
I'm 6'-3" 265lbs and always have trouble finding camo clothing to fit properly. Ordered the 2XLT and may have found a keeper here. I could have gone with the XLT after receiving them as they are plenty big around the waist. Because they are a cotton material, I'm a little worried about losing length with the first few washings. Even so, they should still be long enough for my tastes. While the quality seems to be good, there's nothing outstanding about these pants, so regular-sized guys may have a hard time opting for these when there are so many other off the rack options to choose from. But for us biggies, they fill in an important niche for our hunting wardrobe.

I have worn them in early autum without discomfort. I have worn them on frosty days 40F and blowing with long undies again with comfort. With this in mind I would say 45F - 30F ( with under garment).
I wear mine for archery and spring gobbler by themselves. If the temperature gets below 40 then I need something else and if it's above 65 they are too warm.
Mine didn't come with any, but they'd be super easy to add. If you can get your hands on some old military BDU pants or just the buttons it wouldn't take any time at all. In fact, I might add some to mine.
XXL it has the draw sides to make it smaller if you need it but you dont want to get it to small so if you go one size up you can always use the side draw string to make it smaller...
I wear a 40x30. But in hunting pants i wear 42x30 for the comfort and more roomyness to wear thicker shirts. To answer this question in these pants XL is the size for me.
whats new about them, i bought a pair last year and took them back, the pair i bought last year i could barely fit the pants leg over my lace up boot. anyone else have this problem
The material is different. They used to be pretty heavy and durable. I just got a new pair, and they're thin, and the buckles are plasic instead of metal.
How accurate is the sizing on these pants? I where a size 54 pant, but would like a little more room for hunting and such. Would you recommend a 4x or 5x?
I wear 34x30 in jeans but due to working out with heavy weights I always go for a baggy or relaxed fit to take into account the size of my quads. I ordered a large for these after hearing from others that they were roomy. There was no way I was going to be able to get these on. I could not get these past my thighs. Thankfully BassPro customer service felt that this did not sound right and possibly it was a wrong cut or wrongly labeled pair. They sent me out a new pair which I opted for an XL just to be on the safe side. I will update you folks when the new size comes in.
i have about a 34 waist and the medium fits a little big. so i would say go with 4X. But if you go to the search bar and put size chart it will tell you the dementions. Hope this helps
I see that this was asked before, but the response was redirecting the shopper to Wrangler .. huh?
I LOVE the Silent Hide BDU pant. By far the best pant I have ever hunted in. Its lightweight, plenty of pockets, and the snow and ice doesn't build up on them . . (unlike wrangler/denim materials).
For me, I am 6'2" 180lbs . . pretty typical build with a 33-34 inch waist. As with the last person who posed this question, the large waist size is too big . . but at times the length of the medium is too short and the leg creeps up over my boots in deep snow.
Long story short . . any way you can start putting out the Medium in a tall?? You would make my day along with many other "normal build" hunters out there.
I ordered the large/Tall and had the same issue with the pants sliding up over my boots. I wish the inseam were longer in the tall sizes because I really liked the pants.
