dao626 Don't buy them!!
I've made the mistake of wasting my money not once, but twice on these boots. I hunt in the swamps to get my big bucks and need a good quality durable rubber boot to get the job done. They cracked during the first season of use. I thought it might have been something I did like getting it caught on something. The following year I gave them a second chance because they are affordable. Nope, this pair cracked as well. They cracked on the top side and even on the front half way up the boot. I kept them and purchased some boot sealer to try and fix them, but that was only a temporary fix to use them for one or two hunts then they're back to leaking and getting my feet soaked.. Not to put a number on it: but boots like these at this cost should at least last a few seasons before falling apart. Don't waste your money on these boots unless you're just going to use them to walk across a puddle in the street. There have got to be some good quality boots out there that you don't have to spend a fortune on. Hunting is an expensive enough hobby as it is without having to buy new boots every year.

I just purchased these boots right around Thanksgiving and at first I was happy with them untill they started cracking and spliting all over. I tried to patch up cracks with tire and rubber patches but a new hole would appear within a week. Bass Pro seriously needs to consider having a recall on these boots after seeing all the negative reviews that pretty much state the same thing!!!

I just invested in these boots in October 2010 and was tremendously happy with their warmth throughout the winter. Being my second pair of hunting boots, I don't have much to compare them to either. What I do know is that come January I noticed multiple cracks in the rubber. Not just cracking, but holes all of the way through where your toes crease the boot. I am very dissappointed because I own a lot of redhead gear and mostly it is great for the price. In my opinion these boots aren't worth it for any price for 2 months of very moderate wear (2-4 times per week). Like other reviewers said, these boots are very very bulky and the grip on the bottoms can be pretty loud when walking on any hard surface (gravel) and are loud when adjusting feet in my treestand (clicking on the slats). I am getting ready to return these because they have a 1 year warranty, but I have to get the same ones again. I hope this is an isolated issue with these boots since I won't need them again for 9 months.
