RangeMaxx Shooting Earmuffs
Good inexpensive hearing protection
Even though these muffs didn't have as high a dB suppression rating as some of the other units, I decided to go for it. My main use was going to be using power tools in my shop. The build quality and reviews of the more expensive models did not inspire confidence, so I went cheap. I was not disappointed. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat. They are very sturdy, fit very snug, and they do not slip around my head. My ears have stopped ringing after using my belt sander for an hour. They work very well and it was an outstanding 10 dollar investment.

They Are What They Are
Take care when adjusting these. They aren't made the sturdiest and I can see where they will probably break if you use any kind of force.
They do help with the noise at the range, but if someones shooting anything bigger than a 9mm near you it's still pretty loud. I added some extra memory foam to the inside of each and they are a little bit better. As far as comfort goes, they are fine for about an hour and a half max. after that they feel like they are digging in. I have a fairly small head so I would not recommend them to a larger person.

My son received these earmuffs for Christmas. I took them out of the box and attempted to adjust the positioning of the muffs and one broke off in my hand. The poor quality if these earmuffs are something to stay away from. As far as them silencing out shooting noise, well...we did not get the opportunity to use them.

IT'S A EAR MUFF!
It's a EAR MUFF, much like persons who work around jet aircraft engines wear. These WILL protect your hearing, no doubt and do so at a very affordable price. Nothing fancy, well made, affordable hearing protection. Comfortable to wear for several hours of activity.
