Bought these because they were low and waterproof.
Wore them in the wet grass and within twenty minutes my feet were completly soaked. I've worn plenty of wateproof boots in forty years of outdoor work and these get top honors of being the worst! Spend your money on a boot with Gore-tex.

boots were comfortable from the start and seem to be waterproof so far the only thing I don't like is they won't stay tied but I have had this problem with much more expensive boots, they also run a half size small

Would not recommend these boots unless you are a pretender. 18 Months into using these they are a big FAIL! The "Bone Dry" is not dry in the least. The soles are seperating, and eyelet failed and insole has broken down. The DO NOT buy these if you actually plan on hiking they will fail you on the trail. For me, this purchase was a total failure. I won't be buying any more "Redhead" products.
