I purchased this vest for my brother, who more than hinted how much he liked mine. The pockets are great with all the gadgets we have today. I even use a pocket for my wallet . . . instead of putting it in my pants. This vest will be worn a great deal by each of us. Thanks, Bass, for the great products, and the great choices.

Needed vest for CCW in warmer weather. big pocket on the back and others on the front add weight and extra layers which are not needed.

But two things that are not readily apparent in the photos: there's a large 10" x 17" pocket across the lower back with a zipper close, and the two lower pockets on the front are dual pockets (a zippered side entry pocket for your hand behind a top-loading pocket with a snap).Answers

I agree with Warren. Mine's an XL, in Khaki, and definitely has the one interior pocket exactly as he describes it. Perhaps the others have just not discovered theirs yet. It seems unlikely they'd produce two different versions.

Well, maybe my vest is different because it's 2XL, but my vest has one small 5.25" x 5.5" inside pocket on the right chest that closes with a velcro tab.
