RedHead Ridge Runner Waist Pack
All in all a good pack.
I got the pack and began moving things over from my full size pack. I got this one for those long hiking days.
When I got to the two permanently attached side pockets I noticed that the zippers were "backward" of how they should be. To unzip them you pull forward and there is a BIG opening pointed to the back. I tried it and things in the pocket just fall out.
So, I put things in there that I would only use if I killed a critter or had an emergency situation.
The pack seems well built but it will take a season or two to see how well it holds up.

Great Waist Pack
The ridge runner pack has everything one could want in a compact package. Plenty of space and with 5 tech-lok points the combinations are endless. The detachable shoulder harness allows for several different hunting/packing situations. A great waist pack!!!!

This pack has lots of room but is not bulky. The backpack straps make it easy to carry and the waist strap keeps it quiet while walking in the woods. If I had to find something negative, the zippers could be quieter but in no way keep me from recommending this pack. Great buy! Inexpensive, a real bargain.

This is a great pack. I carry a heavier pack than most folks and I really really like the way it distributes the load. The pocket set up and the overall set up of the pack is spectacular. It's super quiet as far as moving and the zippers are quiet and seal really good. I have no complaints at all. I will point out something to consider about this pack.....I'm 6' 1.5" and 250 pounds and I have the draw straps on the Y frame pulled all the way up. If you're shorter than me you might run into a problem with the pack slinging to low.
