by decoyboy does the job!
Used the motor keel in Canada on Walpole Island in ice conditions with moderate current. Ran for over 4 hours in a circle using a 42" weighted line. Took about 1 minute to make a full circle so make sure you give it plenty of room to operate. It is important to make sure the rudder is wide open. If closed it doesn't run straight. Over all, adds movement to the spread

We used these last week and did not get stellar movement out of 2 dekes. They moved rather slow and the prop became fouled after 15 minutes in flooded field with 2 foot of water. The housing around the prop is to restrictive for good water flow for the prop, hence slow speed. We opened the prop 'cage' by removing some of the plastic slats hoping that will help.

I used this product three times so far. It does what it describes.. it allows a decoy to "swim". I wish you could adjust the speed of the prop cause one day we had very high winds and more propulsion would have helped and another day, it was dead calm and I would have liked to have been able to dial the speed back down a little. Other than that, it does seem to burn through the battery. It takes a single C cell battery and it lasted about 5 hours before giving up the ghost with a Duracell battery. You might get longer life with a litium Ion, but I haven't tried that yet. Installation was easy. I liked that the system came with a security tie on in case the motor falls off the decoy, you wont loose it in the much. It didnt come off ours, but I guess it could happen so I liked the extra security it offered. I will be using this again on my next duck hunt as it does add movement to your spread.

Not strong enough to move a duck decoy, much less a goose. Don't waste your money, get a jerk string instead.
