Rated 4 out of 5 by Mummy Bag I bought this bag because it was roomy, I could move my feet in it and it was light. I usually use a 0 degree bag even in the summer in the mountains in CO. I found that even at 40 degrees this bag is a little warm. The insulation definitely works. Be careful to not sweat in the bag or let moisture in, as it will stay and will not get out. This bag does not breath well. It is definitely more comfortable at lower temperatures. Will test it out further on a backpacking elk hunt this winter. August 12, 2012

This bag only zips from one side, however it is very roomy up top and could be used like a body heater suit
