If you read the description, it sounds like the bottom targets swing back and latch when hit, then you have to shoot the top target to reset them. In truth, it's just another swinging target. If you shoot the bottom ones, they swing back and forth a bit before coming to a stop, as does the top one. It's fine for practicing small target shooting with your .22 but you can get the same thing a lot cheaper elsewhere. The material is fine but the workmanship is shoddy, mine is welded crooked on the top target so that the weight for it is much higher on one side than the other. If I'd paid for it out of pocket I'd return it, but since it was with gift cards from doing survey's I'll put it out at my buddy's place and let the kids plink at it, they don't care much as long as they have something to shoot at.

love this product
it works great for a 22cal and under but over time the metal bends and makes it harded to hit and spin.
but over all for the price you can't get any better.

According to the specifications that come with it, you can also use .17 on it. They list minimum recommended distance at 30 yards.A:
yes, but 17hrm is more powerful then 22lr so you will have to shoot from at least 30yrdA:
Certainly. They are designed for big bore rifles and are orange not black so seeing bullet holes is easy.Answers
