RedHead® Primal Bow/Rifle Pack
This pack is great. I can fit everything I need in this pack for a full days hunt. Love the frame too. It is very comfortable. I usualy have my over the shoulder bino strap and a set of suspenders on under the pack and it doesnt push on my back to make it uncomfortable to walk all day. Pack a bow or rifle on the back and away I go. I can even put just my quiver on the pack for still hunting. It fits like a glove and you dont even know its back there. Very adjustable for packing it full or just throwing a few things in it for a short afternoon hunt. Snaps are quiet and so are the zippers. Very very pleased with product. And the best thing I can say about this pack is the price. I did alot of looking for a comparable product.....couldnt match it anywhere.

Wow!!! And I am not one to rave about things.
Why do other companies not make a true internal framed "Day Pack" ??? Do they feel that 1200 to 1800 cubic inches does not require framed support????
Just finished a 2 week bow hunt in eastern washington where we had 4 miles round trip hike into our remote camp everyday along with all day hunting and hiking. The hike back out of stands every night was 2 miles. Over 34 miles of day hike/hunting through the two weeks. I have hunted for over 20yrs and have had my fair share of day packs. Everything from high end name brand packs to basic day packs. Hands down this pack is the best day pack I have ever had. FULL BACK SUPPORT with aluminum and plastic frame that puts all the weight on your hips where it belongs and not on your shoulders. This pack has all the basics and no fancy 7 or 8 pockets with zippers and compartments everywhere. Just good basic design with everything you need to pack all your survival gear, rain gear, knives, calls, food and water fort the day. This pack with the accessory water bottle and a camera pouch is all you need for the PERFECT day pack. Zippers are stout, all the external attachment/buckles for carrying a bow or rifle work for everything and anything you can carry including a bow and rifle and you won't be afraid to carry the weight because this pack is capable of supporting and carrying more weight than the size of the pack will hold without dragging on your shoulders or killing your back.
After leaving my evening stand late every night I would just attache my Hoyt bow to the pack, throw my headlamp on and walk hands free for 2 miles back to remote camp in the dark. I did find that the bow does not need the rifle butt pouch to carry it. Just strap it on and go.
If your a guy who likes the big name brands and needs all the fancy zipper compartments and organizer pouches in a pack, go ahead and spend the money on something else, then pick one of these packs up and use it. You will be sorry you spent the money on the $$$$ brand name pack. COMFORT AND PRACTICAL are this packs strongest attributes. If your an active day hunter who needs a comfortable and practical pack that will not disappoint mile after mile of hiking and active hunting this pack is the one.
Grab your buddy with a ********** Super Day Pack and load them both with the same gear. Hike two miles with both through tough hunting areas and you will notice instantly which pack drags your shoulders down and does not have the kind of framed support needed to keep you comfortable mile after mile.
I loved it so much I purchased a 2nd one for my son 8 days into my two week hunt when we drove into town and I got internet service on my phone.
PLEASE BASS PRO SHOP…..DON'T STOP MAKING THIS PACK!
