I recently purchased to Texas rig my dekes. Lost half a dozen weights due to the line breaking. Couple could of been caused by bad crimp but cant blame all the breaks on that. I am switching to mono this year.

stuff works much better than standard string that gets tangled up, and its easy to set up more decoys faster as you can just drop a depth adjuster and be done. only thing i thing i dont like about it is that it is a little stiff,

This stuff is no good for me. It breaks way to easy and does not last long at all. Weights fall of in the decoy bag then you have decoys floating downstream. The cord will break everytime it freezes . If it survives it still will only last a year before it dry rots. Use the braid it will last you much longer.

This line gets brittle in cold weather. Breaks easy when inserting it into the line locks on the front of the keel.
