I ordered this safe and had it delivered. Outside packing had a few holes but after unwrapping, the safe appeared to be free of scratches and dents. Once I off loaded and moved it inside the house, the interior contents(shelves, metal bracket, etc) were trashed and broken in multiple places. I called Bass Pro and they said someone would call within 3 days. Well, after a week, no one called. So I called and they said they tried to call the manufacturer, RedHead, but they were not returning Bass Pro's calls. So I wait another 2 weeks and called Bass Pro again and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said RedHead still hasn't returned their calls or emails and said they must be on vacation. Really!? An entire company on vacation? I have yet to receive a call from BP and have a safe for 3 weeks that is unusable. If this is their view of customer service, I may have to rethink where I shop going forward.

Very clean interior and the exterior is easy to clean. I really liked all the shelves and the adjustability of the interior. All types of firearms can be accommodated. The main full-length shelf has a cut-out to allow longer barrels to go through.(i.e. Mosin-Nagant) Very easy to set up and program the lock. Overall, I am very pleased with my safe.

I didn't find anything on my safe that shows the origin of manufacture. They are made by Winchester, so I hope it's made in the USA.
