I have several quality hunting knives. I liked the style of the blade and ergonomic handle. I actually used it 1 week after receiving it to skin out an 8 point buck. It stayed sharp and balancend well. The sheath is probably the weak link.

I love this knife. I own several Redhead knives and I have been satisfied with every single one of them. I honestly have to say that I like the Redhead knives over gerber and buck. They are excellent, and they are fairly priced. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

The knife itself is actually pretty durable since I have dropped it several times on concrete. The sheath on the other hand very disappointing. The belt loop is very flimsy The snap broke only after a couple of weeks. I use it daily at work now the knife won't stay in the sheath.
