This is an item you can pass on. We have bought 2 of these in less than a year and both of them have fallen apart in less than 6 months. My son just wears this once and week for his Cub Scout and it has only been worn on one camping trip.

Didn't last a week and the belt strap pulled out of the seam.

I bought this sheath 5 days ago. The shealth build quality is phenominal. Its really nice, and forms well to most knives. The only problem, which is a huge one, is the straps that your belt go through (belt straps, belt loops, whatever) ripped. I only wore the sheath for 2 days, and it wasnt abused. I suspect it was a lemon. I'm sending it in for a replacement, and will re-review or edit this one when I get the new one.

I have a Gerber Multi-tool 400 series and I would like to know what lengths these sheaths can support?The multi-tool is about 4 1/2 inches closed.
