Good comfortable boot with short break in time. The soles did not last they seperated from the shoe, bought 2-3-08 replaced 5-14-08 under wananty. I got them on sale so if the replacement pair lasts the same time the first I won't feel ripped off, but would not pay for another pair of these.
Bottom line if you buy them keep your recipt so you can use the 1 year waranty - you will need it.

I bought a pair of these boots for everyday work use. I had maybe a month into wearing them and the right sole started ripping at the threads. The left sole followed close behind that one. The supposable waterproofing isn't waterproof, and what I though looked like a good heel stich design isn't holding up. all this in less than three months. On a little more positive note, they are fairly comfortable to wear, and the soles do get great grip on anything and everything, if only they would stay attached to the boot.

I bought these boots for working/hunting, and after 4 months they are still as comfortable as the day I bought them, I must admit that it took me 2 weeks to get used to the unusual sole but I love them now. The 400 grams of insulation is great, and keeps my feet nice and warm while setting in a tree stand. There are only 2 negatives I found, 1 being that they are only waterproof about 3" above the sole, and the other being that they are a heavy boot, at least to what I was used too.
