RedHead Hearing Enhancer ITE Ear Bud System
First of all it comes with no instructions. Doesn't tell you if the battery is still working on zero dial. Which it is only lasted one day with battery left in. Also batteries are included and the size they tell you that it takes isn't even close. So lucky it included the batteries. Work good til one fell out of ear and hit the ground and it quit working. Going to take them back and try one more time

still under review
Yeah, there are some issues. There are no real instructions, but would I have read them if there had been? ;-) Yeah, the battery size is NOT what is listed on the web site. There are 4 pairs included though. You can't turn it off by turning to "0". I found that out the hard was as well. They do amplify sound fairly well. They are not perfectly without noise, but at this price, they sound pretty good. I have not tried to use them around a gun yet. That will be my ultimate test. I had to turn them to a 1.5 out of 5, or it was TOO loud for my taste. If they will cut off when I shoot, they will be a GREAT addition to my hunting gear. I should be able to hear ducks wings better than ever!

good product purchase
The ear bud hearing system works well and is a worthwhile purchase especially for people with some hearing loss. As an avid turkey hunter,I use it to help locate gobbling birds at daybreak and it also helps listen for turkeys walking in the leaves.
One warnig tho, don't wear them around the house because you will not be able to tell your spouse you did not hear her.
The product could be improved by adding an off setting to avoid running down the batteries and wind noise is also a problem.

I have not tried this product on the range or in the field yet. I have tried them in the house and they are impossible to adjust while in your ear. If seated too deeply in the ear canal they shut off. If seated where they will work they fall out easily. Also if you don't take the battery out it will drain the battery even with the setting on Zero. Overall this is not a user friendly product and I doubt that I will use them at all in the field due to the difficulty in adjusting them while in your ear. I will say that the amplification is good but they feel like they will fall out at the least movement. I don't need another product that distracts me while in the stand.
