RedHead® H20 Gaiters
I recently bought and used these on a Hill Stag hunt in the Scottish Highlands. They worked as advertised - pants kept dry and clean. This model was selected in part due to the moderate height (15.5"). Some folks are not able to wear taller gaiters and I am one of them. Once adjusted to my boot they stayed put. Velcro at the calf area lets you snug 'em to suit. Plenty of adjustment for larger legged folks. Why they have a button snap to attach to the boot lace is beyond me. The laces must be loosened, gaiters snapped THEN lace up the boots. A simple hook is a much better design. Bottom strap adjustment is tedious. If they had a lace hook and adjustment was easier they'd get a "5".

Purchased for a recent hunting trip to Montana after weather reports indicated a snow storm advisory. With 10" of accumulation at lower elevations and the hip height snow drifts walked through while hunting these gaiters held up to the challenge. So far, appear very rugged and well constructed.

Redhead H2o gaiters
I shopped other brands and vendors. The redhead brand was everything I was looking for, they wear well, are easy to put on. had a chance to wear them in the rain and they shed water well. They were also the most reasonably priced ones I could find. They do not get you sweaty in the heat.
