got a pair on Sunday, got home and put them on to go outside and do some work, Slipped them on and put one finger inside the lace to pull them tight and two of the eye came right out of the shoe. Will take them back and pay more for a better pair. The last pair or redheads I got lasted over four years. Hope my next one are better than these.

Bought for working lawns. Shoes would get soaked through everyday. Only worn for a month and a half and boots fell apart. Sole has feel half way off around head and around arch of foot. The camo part around the bottom is almost all gone. Will not buy a set of Red Head Boots again.

I wear these boots every day. And yes they are very comfortable. However, walking through tall grass they got wet and were soaked through. You can step into a small puddle and not get wet as the bottom is waterproof, but the rest of the boot is not. I bought them because I thought they were waterproof, as advertised. If the top part of the boot can't get wet from some grass without my foot getting soaked, the boots should not be considered waterproof.

Best boots I've ever bought. I got them when they were $70. Take advantage of their new $40 sale price. They are durable, comfortable, and look good. I haven't noticed a Hot Foot effect. They are waterproof, as I have learned from sliding into a few puddles on hikes. I HIGHLY recommend these shoes!
