I took this pair of gloves on a early Colo Elk hunt because we were expecting alot of rain in which we did receive. I was only going to use them for the ATV ride and the stitchinq came out between fingers on my first day- this was the only pair of "Goretex" gloves i had and all i thought i would need to keep me dry. Wrong !!!! They let me down and every day it rained i was just furious ! Seems the quality of "Redhead" products are getting Low compared to 8-10 yrs ago.

I just purchased these gloves for some late winter hunting I expect to do this year. The gloves seem very warm. I have not field tested them yet. I will be returning them for a smaller size. I purchased the 2xl like I usually do. But this time the gloves fit like a 3xl. I wish manufacters would get on the same page in regards to hand sizes.

I bought the mossy oak breakup version on sale and have worn them several times; including the pouring rain. They worked well considering the conditions but eventually did soak through. Not sure if there is a truely waterproof glove out there that can withstand movement in heavy rain. They are a good overall glove, not too heavy, not too bulky and warm and dry for the most part. I would recommend them.

Great gloves. Bought my 2nd/3rd pair back-ups because my original pair got burnt. Gloves are ultra silent for deer hunting, water-proof and warm for all season as long as not past -25 degrees C. I use them for ice fishin as well, the gripped fingers make for good control all season with a gun or fishin rod. Great buy.
