If you picked these up last year like i did you got the flocked heads and a much better looking decoy. This year the heads are junk. They are shiny black plastic with no flocking and very cheap. I know they are not a name brand decoy, but at least take the picture down of last years.

I have bought this product in 3 batches. The first batch's stands had a lame little plastic piece on it, if you have one like this GLUE THE PIECE to the metal. The other batches had no plastic piece so problems solved. I think they dont use plastic on the stands.
The paint chips easily but i touch up paint ever year. Just like the goose shells from BassPro you get what you pay for and these are the cheapest going especially in Calgary area, so dont cry cuz they arent as good as Bigfoot, cuz they are half price.
I have had good success with em and the geese were more than willing to commit. They dance nice in the wind.
If you wanna fill out a spread use these with the goose shells from BassPro, you should be happy.

i got these decoys during the fall hunting classic and i was excited to see what they looked like so i opened the pack and to me it seemed fine a little chip on the paint here and there but all u have to do is paint over the chipped area and it looks like new. but everything else i just fine and it moves great outside.

They do look good in the field, the base has been changed from the plastic to a one piece all steel one, much better, less chance of losing the pieces or breaking in the minus tempatures we get up in canada. The neck cutout in the body has rough molding and the heads would not fit until I filed each one, had the same problem with the Red Head shells as well. The paint was chipping off the tails the first time out and the body paint is starting to rub off the wing areas just from being in the carry bags(Red Head bags, got one FA Brand bag and it has much more room in it and they fit much nicer). The legs should be part of the body moulding as they keep popping off when being transported and moved around in the bags, try finding them in the bottom of the bag in the dark when setting up is a pain, would help if the Red Head bags where made a little larger , you have to fight to get them in with the legs and that is causing them to have the pressure applied to the legs and them popping off. If these issues are addressed there would be no question about purchasing them, however, if you can't afford the Other name brands then these do the job and look really good and life like. I may just take the legs off, I don't think it makes any difference to the geese, and I was out with an other hunter and he had really top end full bodies and the base rod just goes in the bottom and the decoy can spin 360 degrees, so these legs are only stoppers as I see it to keep the decoy moving side to side and not spinning all the way around. I will purchase more, it would just be better if the mentioned issues were resolved.
