Each of these realistic floating duck decoys is cast and manufactured using taxidermy ducks as models—not an artist's interpretation of what a duck should look like. Paint templates and colors are based on late-season, full-plumed ducks, for the most lifelike presentation possible. Every decoy is flame-treated after each paint template has been applied to ensure that each layer is baked on to withstand years of use in the harshest conditions. Each decoy comes complete with a weighted, removable ''Saw Tooth'' keel, specifically designed for lifelike movement—even the smallest water flow across the teeth on the keel will create lifelike swimming action. Drake overall length: 11-1/2''. Set includes 6 drakes and 6 hens.

The detail is great. They are too small of a decoy. I used them three times and they started cracking (because of the cold?) The plastic they are molded in is very cheap. They are a far cry from Greenhead Gear. I will never buy Redhead decoys again.

Ive hunted over these blocks for two season about 20 hunts all together. I have over 150 diver decoys from all the major brands. Where I hunt the hen to drake ratio is about 50/50 and that’s why I went with these decoys. Otherwise I would have got some more GHG. I knew they were on the small side but my major problem is after two hunting seasons I have 5 decoys that have started to crack on the bottom and sides so now they are taking on water. The plastic is very cheep, I have 6 years on my GHG with out a problem. the GHG are the same price bigger and made better.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by jaddy As stated, too small...
NicWiz pretty much summed it up so I will not repeat him word for word.
Of course I just bought them at my local bps and they only had once box of them which was opened already...I did a quick head count on them and one of the keels were missing, so I had 'borrow' one from the display to get it back to Even Steven. A couple of the caps had been busted off also and some of the sand had leaked out. Nothin' like having to throw some gorilla glue on a 'brand new' product....
Two tears in a bucket......
Season comes back in tomorrow so I didn't have time to wait.......yall be good....and keep it safe out there!

This will be easier as a pros/cons list.
Pros.
- Good paint detail
- Paint holds up well
- Keels hold up well
- Very durable
Cons
- The decoy is too small (They need to be closer to the size of a standard mallard, maybe a little smaller)
- 6 drakes / 6 hens is ok for puddle ducks, not divers. (In the wild it is closer to 9 drakes / 3 hens, please notice that other decoy makers package their divers 8/4, that is for a reason, Redhead - please take note so those of us that hunt hard and pay attention to detail don't need to paint 2 decoys right out of the box)
- Different head positions in a pack would add a touch of realism to the decoys (just a suggestion to make your product better)
Like I said, these are not bad decoys. If Redhead would make them a little bigger, make the dozen come 8/4 or 10/2 drakes/hens and add a different head position these would almost be on par with GHG. I am a loyal RH decoy user and I hope they take notice to this review.
