Rated 4 out of 5Â by Pcard I wish they came in narrow.
These are sturdy and fairly comfortable. They would be more comfortable if they came in narrow. I cinch the straps as tight as they go, but I still have some slip that could cause blisters.

I purchased the 9 and have a little room left. I also can wear 9 1/2 or 10 but the 9 was plenty long. I had the luxury of trying them on in the store before I purchased them so that was helpful. Hope this helps you. llsDetails:Â
My normal size is 9½, but since they don't have half sizes, I don't know whether I should get 9 or 10.Answers

Can they regularly get "submerged" wet without issue, or is this not that kind of sandal?Answers
A:Â
Yes..I wear mine when fishing etc.No problem going in water to put the boat in or take it out..Dry quickly and doesn't hurt shoes.

This sandal isn't that type.A:Â
They don't call them "River Sandals" for nothing ! I'll wet mine & sun dry them & they snug up nicely.A:Â
I wore mine in Hawaii and was in and out of the water (both salt and fresh) with no problem.A:Â
I've had mine at least a year and every so often, I toss them in the washer. They've always come out just fine, no wear and tear, so I would probably walk in water in them. Just me. (I do air dry them)A:Â
I personally wouldn't recommend submersing them into water, tho i have been walking in the rain...there are very nice shoes made for walking in the water out there!:)
