This socks do not keep your feet warm at all. Regular cotton socks worked just as well. I could barely feel the heat generated in this sock with my hand and in the field they were useless. Not to mention that you feel this huge weight of a d or c cell battery hanging on the side of your calf. If you have to walk, they pull your socks down and you need to stop every 100 yards and pull up your socks..

I bought these thinking they would keep me worm in the tree stand! NOT!! They dont get worm and you cant return them.

do not waste your money on these.they don`t work even in n. fla.and forget about wearing them in hi top snake boots.the battery will not clear the top edge..

Yes, they state so if you do not put them on. I only put my hand inside, but I think that may be considered putting them on. You have to totally destroy the package to open it up.A:Â
