Rated 1 out of 5 by RockyElkHunter A little tight for me
The reason I rated the pants with 1* was because they didn't fit me. I'm 5'10" and 170 Ib. I ordered the med. pants and I was impressed with the material when I opened them. When I went to put them on they were way to tight in the legs. If you aren't going to do any hiking they might be fine but they fit very very tight around my quads. I do a lot of mountain hunting and there is no way I could hike with such tight pants.
Because of this I have no idea how the pants perform.
I know I don't read the 5* reviews this another reason I gave the 1*. I like to look at the lowest ratings to see what the problems are and I view this as a problem. Other then the tightness they seem like they were exactly what I was looking for.
I hope this helps some people with their decision.

Rated 4 out of 5 by HaverodWillfish Overall Good Purchase
I wanted to wait until I had tried these pants in a few different applications (fishing, hunting sitting and walking) before reviewing them. They are lightweight, quiet and comfortable. They are truly wind and waterproof. They are not really "insulated". They are great for walking as they are not bulky and quiet. Sitting in milder temps is ok but not good very cold temps. You really have to layer if it is really cold. The only real problem is in the buttons on the waist and cuffs at the bottom of the pants. They will not stay buttoned for very long. Overall they perform as advertised and I am happy with the purchase.

Great product!!! I used this and their parka in Newfoundland, Canada for a week. Was waterproof and dried quickly. Hunted with someone using MT050's and the Extreme elements were just as good if not better.
