My sons have eczama on their feet and have used medicine since they were 2. A friend recommended Merino Wool Socks - even in summer time - to help keep their feet dry. It has made a big difference!! We are outside most of the time and a lot of that time their feet are in boots, if not, they are in school and are wearing a tennis shoe. If you have skin issues on your feet - try these socks. They aren't cheap, but neither is their medicine!!

Great fit and they wear very well. High tops keep my pant from riding up when I sit. Wool blend very comfortable.

I have been wearing more expensive Merino wool socks (and t-shirts) and have been very pleased with them - except for the price. I tried out the "RedHead Everyday Casual Merino Wool Socks for Men" as, possibly, a more cost-effective alternative. So far I like them quite a bit. I do find them to be a bit warm and not quite as well cushioned as the other socks; however, when I can buy three pair for less than what I was spending on one pair of the other type, I can be forgiving. I'll be wearing these in Italy on a walking trip this fall, so I'll have a better idea then of how well they perform.
