RedHead® Everest Hikers for Men
I have high arches and these boots provide better support than many costing 5 times as much!

I would choose a half size SMALLER. Slightly loose for the size 9 i bought. Just wearing them for a day, so not bad so far.

Great for the price!
I'm a fan of many of the Red Head products and I usually buy the XTR boots but these were on sale so I figured that I would give them a try.
They are taller boots that cover the ankle, which is nice in taller brush. Right out of the box they're a bit stiff, so they do require some break-in time. I don't really count this as a negative, but give yourself time to wear them in before going on a day hike. After break-in though, they're quite comfortable.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the tread could be a bit more aggresive. On paved, gravel or semi-rough paths they are just fine, but get off the beaten path and the tread's a little smooth.
For the money, these boots are just fine for general use and day hikers.

great value and fills my needs.
I needed a pair of Fall season boots so when I saw the RedHead ankle highs in Bass Pro's Labor Day Sale I jumped in and ordered them. They arrived in no time and I was quite pleased with the product. They fit well and they sure served the purpose for some Fall Deer Archery and squirrel season. No need for the heavy insulated boots and if it's not raining no need for waterproof ones either. I'm well supplied with boots, but needed some light weights for Autumnn when it's still dry and warmer. I'm very well satisfied with the product..
