A: 
As far as the bottoms, I am 5'7" with a 34" waist and I wore a large and it fit great. I have larger quads & calves though... But I would say that the sizes are pretty true. Now the tops on the other hand are smaller. I ordered an XL and it fit great, could have been a little longer, and I usually wear a size large t-shirt 44-46.
