Rated 5 out of 5 Great boots
I too work at a horse stable, and that is why I bought these. These were the first boot like this that I bought, and they look at feel great. Can't get a better boot for the price. Although, the size MIGHT be a little big. Either that or I just bought a size up. Either way, they still fit good. Might even buy another pair while they are still on sale!

I work at a horse stable. Last year, bought a pair of RJ Colts only to have the sole separate from boot after a month. Colt replaced without a problem. Then it happened again within 2 weeks of getting the new ones. I emailed Colt again, and they were of course, willing to replace, but in the meantime I took a trip to Bass Pro and found these Western style boots. Because they are stitched through the boot to the sole, there was no separation. These are beyond a doubt, the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. Sometimes I even forget to take them off when I get home. The quality is awesome, and they are priced right as far as I'm concerned. Thinking of getting another pair, just in case they get discontinued or something. Don't know about you, but when I like something, it is always hard to find if I want to replace, so I will get while the getting is good!

This boot is the best iv ever owned. I love the way it looks and its very durable. The wooden heel gives it the look of a cross between a work boot and cowboy boot. This boot is also warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The only disadvantage I can think of is ankle support.

The height of the heel is 1.75 inches.A:Â
They don't have a real tall heal -- the heal is like wood with a rubber bottom.A:Â
I would guess its about an inch and a half. But you are on a large rubber sole, so you don't feel the heel at all.Answers

No. These boots are only available in a straight size 12.Answers

You may have answer already, but I bought these boots to replace a pair of RJ Colts. The Colts separated the boot from the sole because it was glued. These are stitched through. Have worn them everyday for about 6 months and other than the initial breaking in, these are most comfortable boot I have ever owned. I work at a horse stable, so you can imagine how much wear and tear my boots have to take, and these fit the bill!Answers

They have tread. Rubberized. I bought them for my motorcycle and they stop me without sliding, even on wet pavement.Details:Â
I wear a 12 in my duck boots but I wear a 13 in sneakers, boat shoes, etc.Answers

No, they run small. I often wear a 12 but I had to buy smaller boots.A:Â
They run very true to my actual foot size, perhaps slightly narrower. They stretched out nicely though.Answers

Absolutely not. Rode my bike home from work and got caught in a rainstorm...my feet were swimming. These boots are not designed to be waterproof. At least, if they were, I demand my money back!Answers
