The middle of a wingshooting trip is no time to be delicate. These brawny, brush-kickin' pants are the roughest, toughest upland pants we've ever offered – perfect for busting your way through the thick stuff. We build them from thick, heavy 14-3/4 oz. denim twill, sewn with felled seams for ultimate strength and a gusset-style crotch for extra durability. Each leg is faced front and back with a rugged Cordura briar patch, specially treated to resist snagging. Comfortable relaxed fit; extra-strong pockets; equipped with suspender buttons. Machine wash. Imported.
This is no place for your everyday clothing. Trust the toughness of RedHead Field Series upland apparel. Made for the hunt! RedHead Field Series Apparel
You know the drill: a hard day in the field beats the best day at work, anytime. At RedHead, our job is to make every day you spend out there as enjoyable as possible. When it comes to upland hunting apparel, that means tough, comfortable clothing that fits right, wears like iron, and doesn't get hung up on wayward branches and briars. That's why we use the toughest, most breathable cotton material we can find to make our fieldwear, and add the unique features needed to ensure lasting comfort and durability. So you can focus on rousting and popping a few birds -- not on your hunting clothes!

Bought these pants for my husband. He wears them for hunting. They are great int the low dense brush, and have lots of leg room for movement. He wears long underwear under them as he finds the wind blows right trough them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MassGuy Good and bad
The good is that the pants protected me well from the thorns and briars on my upland hunt. The bad is that the internal seams inside the thighs are very rough and uneven. After 1-1/2 hours in the field, the inside of my thighs looked and felt as if someone had rubbed them with sandpaper. It's now 2 days later and I'm still sore.
I'm going to try washing and drying them a couple of times before I wear them again. I'm also going to try wearing an under layer that reaches just above my knees. If that doesn't work, they're going back.
I would only recommend them if someone were to wear long underwear so as to protect against the abrasion.

They are really tight around the ankles not sure if they'll fit over my boots. Will return them if they don't.
