RedHead Deluxe Hand Warmer/Shell Belt
Better Than Gloves!
Used this on a deer hunt in 30/40 degree temps. with and without a chemical handwarmer and my hands never got cold with a liner glove on for shooting dexterity. HIGHLY recommend!

For a long time when duck hunting I would wear mittens with the foldover flaps. I would flip these back when ducks or geese were coming in to have a good handle on the gun. As I got more experienced and quick enough to reload as needed, the flaps of the mittens would get caught on the pockets of my hunting jacket (the shell loops were inside the front pockets). With the handwarmer shell belt I can wear thin shooting gloves and stick my hands inside the warmer or wear my 'flap-up' mittens and pull shells from the outside of the warmer. Only downside is that the belt wants to sag a bit when full of 3.5" shells. I've also worn this wing-shooting to have quick access to shells, but only holds 12 shells so you run out quick. Overall: not an integral piece to duck/goose hunting, but makes a good accessory if you have a niche for it. I'm happy with my purchase.

I like this product because it has more than one use. It can be used the feild, but I also use it for ice fishing. I don't wear gloves unless I have to. I hate putting them on and taking them off all the time.
