I purchased these gloves in desperation as we were in the midst of a fairly severe NJ winter in 2011. They have proven to be everything I was looking for. I have real problems with with cold and my hands and feet but with these gloves I was able to stay out 2-3 hours shoveling snow. My fingers stayed nice and toasty and, even more important dry!
The palm and finger lining makes this a glove that easily transitions from shoveling to driving. The glove itself seems to shed water. although I wouldn't just "dunk" it. I'm buying another pair for myself and recommending them to several friends.

These gloves are very comfortable on my hands. When I ordered them I hoped the rubber grip was not too thick or stiff. My hope was realized when I put them on. The gloves are soft, flexible, and warm. I haven't gotten them wet yet, but I'm sure they will be good in the waterproof category also.
