I bought 1 package 6+ years ago and they still look new and haven't failed yet. I just purchased 5 more packages to add to my other decoys. For a while I couldn't find them and BPS brought them back!!!
They work great when attached directly to the decoy by a small lead. Once on you can quickly add any length decoy line to your spread. I run Texas rigs, from 30" lines to 12+ foot lines for deeper water conditions. The snap swivels save me the time of having to cut and re-crimp the lines.

I use these on individual and gang rigs. Sometimes a little drilling is necessary, unless you use Carry Lite Decoys. Our decoys stay out for 2.5 months each season. Some of these have been in use for 7 years, usually they break near the swivel eventually, but they do a good job and add realistic motion.

Well I thought this would be a very effective idea. I thought I could carry a few extra tied lines in case I had an issue or a lost weight. But these are a problem.
1) You will have to drill all your decoys holes out to fit them right
2) They are bright shiny brass finish and with most decoys these will stand out big time on a clear day. They should be black
3) They do not pull back somewhat flush against decoy so they protrude and interfere with winding up line.
