I have flat feet and I always have to buy inserts for every new pair of shoes. I tried these and I LOVE them, so do my feet. For the money they are the best I have ever used. Durable, comfortable, wearable for any day, anywhere, period!

I work on concrete all day long and I have a pair of these insoles in my boots. They are fantastic! It has a wonderful heel cushion and arch support and they are anti-microbrial so they help with moisture management and odor. I would say these are certainly some of the nicest insoles I have tried for the price!

They are not cut to your size. Out of the package they are fit to a size 13. If you look at the bottom part of the insole, there is an outline of sizes, ranging from size 7 to size 13. What you do is cut along the traced line to your size. If your an 11, you cut 11, if your an 8, you cut 8. The trick is, if your a half size, say 10.5 for sake of argument, you want to cut right inbetween 10 and 11. Try fitting the insole inside of your shoe or boot before cutting anything additional because once it's cut, it's cut!A:Â
There is a range and then you cut that to size. Theres a line on them that you follow to cut.1 of 1
