I am a surveyor in east Tennessee, so I wear these boots daily in all types of terrain. They are comfortable and lightweight. The soles grip well and last me about 6-8 months. My only issue, a big one, is they are NOT completely waterproof. This is my 3rd pair and they all were the same. I wouldn't say they leak, but water seeps through, and actually get worse the longer I wear them. When I walk through wet grass, my socks get wetand ththat's just not acceptable any more.

I PURCHASED THESE BOOTS BECAUSE MY INSULATED 8'' REDHEAD BOOTS ARE TO HOT IN SUMMER. THEY PERFORM WELL AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, AS MY OTHER REDHEAD BOOTS ARE. I HAVE WORN OTHER MORE EXPENSIVE BOOTS ONLY TO SUFFER SORE, BLISTERED FEET. SO I WILL BE STAYING WITH MY TRUSTED REDHEADS AS MY NO. 1 CHOICE.

We've bought this boot every couple of years. A bit suprised by the product this year though. Camo pattern on each boot was different - one was very, very green and the other boot was very, very brown. Eyelets were off center as well. Cosmetics we could live with but we were a little disappointed. The performance of boot is always exceptional.

These boots are the best boots I have ever bought. I own some name brand hunting boots and these outshine them by far. I get rhuematoid arthritis in my feet and these boots make walking a very comfortable experience. I hope RedHead never stops making this boot. Thanks guys.

These boots are offered in sizes that are smaller than a 9. However, the smaller sizes are only available in a Medium width. Thank you!Answers
