I had a pair of these boots and they are not water proof! The Bone Dry water proofing worked for about 2 hours and after that, every time I went out these boots would become soaked more quickly with less moisture in the environment. Within 6 months, walk through 12" high wet grass for an half of an hour and your feet would become completely soaked. Water seemed to be seeping in through more than one spot around the toes and equally in both boots. The good news is Bass Pro refunded my money when I brought the soaked boots in.

Recently hunted 9 days in Minnesota for Grouse and Pheasants. The left boot came unstitched where the upper joined the lower foot part.
I give it 2 stars because the gore-tex held up and did not leak.
